Refund & Return Policy

At FavorFesta, every item is personalized and made to order especially for your celebration, so we handle returns a little differently than mass-produced stores. Please read this policy carefully.

Personalized & Made-to-Order Items

Because each product is custom-engraved with your names, dates, or details, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains an error on our part, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund. Please contact us at support@favorfesta.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item and any damage
  • A brief description of the issue

Non-Personalized Items

Items without personalization may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Because we begin crafting your order quickly, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or change an order. We can usually accommodate changes before production begins. Once an item has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
