How do I place a custom order?

Simply select the product you want, choose your quantity, enter your personalization details (names, dates, or text), and add to cart. We'll review your order and send a digital proof before we begin production.

Can I see a proof before my order is made?

Yes! We send a digital proof to your email before production begins. You'll have the chance to approve or request changes before anything is engraved.

What file format do I need for a logo or design?

We prefer vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) for logos. PNG or JPG files with high resolution (300 DPI+) also work. If you're unsure, just send us what you have and we'll let you know.

Can I mix different designs in one order?

Yes, for most products you can have different text on each piece. Please contact us before ordering to confirm the options available for your specific product.

Shipping & Lead Times

How long does production take?

Our standard lead time is 5–7 business days from proof approval. Rush orders may be available — contact us to check availability.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders over $50 ship free. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Guarantees

What if my order arrives damaged?

We guarantee safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos and we will replace it at no extra charge.

Can I return or cancel my order?

Because all items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is an error on our end or the item is defective, we will make it right. Orders can be cancelled before proof approval — please contact us as soon as possible.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 6 pieces per design. This applies to all personalized products in our store.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Yes! We offer volume pricing on bulk orders:
6–24 pieces: Standard pricing — order online anytime.
25–49 pieces: Volume discount available — contact us before ordering.
50–99 pieces: Greater savings — contact us for a personalized discount code.
100+ pieces: Best rates & fully custom quote available.

How do I claim a bulk discount?

Contact us via our Contact page or through the WhatsApp button on any product page before placing your order. Let us know the product, quantity, and your event date, and we'll send you a personalized discount code to use at checkout.

Are rush orders available for bulk orders?

Rush production is available upon request, even for large orders. Please contact us as early as possible so we can confirm availability and adjust your timeline accordingly.
