Processing & Lead Time
Every order is made to order and personalized just for you. Please allow a production lead time of 5–7 business days before your order ships. During peak seasons (wedding season, holidays), lead times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping on all orders over $50
- Standard Shipping: $15 (international)
- Express / Fast Shipping: $25 (international)
Domestic (Turkey) orders are charged local flat rates shown at checkout.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to 37 countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and across the European Union. Options and rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, typical transit times are 5–12 business days depending on your location and the method selected. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Customs & Import Duties
All customs fees, import duties and taxes are already included in your order total. We pay them on your behalf, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. You will not be asked for any additional charges when your parcel is delivered.
