Processing & Lead Time
Every order is made to order and personalized just for you. Please allow a production lead time of 5–7 business days before your order ships. During peak seasons (wedding season, holidays), lead times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping on all orders over $50
- Standard Shipping: $15 (international)
- Express / Fast Shipping: $25 (international)
Domestic (Turkey) orders are charged local flat rates shown at checkout.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to 37 countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and across the European Union. Options and rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, typical transit times are 5–12 business days depending on your location and the method selected. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes set by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
