Add your names, dates or wording in the Personalization box on this page, and pick a design if the product offers them. Everything is laser engraved, so it will not peel, fade or wash off.

Will I see it before you make it?

Yes. We send you a free digital proof within 24 hours of your order. Check every name, date and spelling, and nothing is engraved until you approve it. If something needs changing, just tell us.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum. Order exactly the number you need — whether that is one keepsake or several hundred favors. Bulk pricing improves automatically as the quantity goes up, so larger orders cost less per piece.

How long will my order take?

Once you approve your proof, production and delivery take 5–8 business days. Every item is made to order. If you have a fixed event date, order a few weeks ahead so there is room for a change of mind.

Can I use my own logo or artwork?

Yes. Choose Custom Artwork and upload your file — PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, SVG and EPS all work. We will set it up, send a proof, and adjust it until the placement looks right.

What about shipping?

We ship worldwide by FedEx with tracking, and shipping is free on orders over $50. All import duties and customs charges are already included in the price — you will never be asked for extra money on delivery. Each piece is individually wrapped; if anything is damaged in transit we will replace it, no questions asked.
