How does personalization work?

Add your names, dates or wording in the Personalization box on this page, and pick a design if the product offers them. Everything is laser engraved, so it will not peel, fade or wash off.

Will I see it before you make it?

Yes. We send you a free digital proof within 24 hours of your order. Check every name, date and spelling, and nothing is engraved until you approve it. If something needs changing, just tell us.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum. Order exactly the number you need — whether that is one keepsake or several hundred favors. Bulk pricing improves automatically as the quantity goes up, so larger orders cost less per piece.

How long will my order take?

Once you approve your proof, production and delivery take 5–8 business days. Every item is made to order. If you have a fixed event date, order a few weeks ahead so there is room for a change of mind.

Can I use my own logo or artwork?

Yes. Choose Custom Artwork and upload your file — PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, SVG and EPS all work. We will set it up, send a proof, and adjust it until the placement looks right.

What about shipping?

We ship worldwide by FedEx with tracking, and shipping is free on orders over $50. All import duties and customs charges are already included in the price — you will never be asked for extra money on delivery. Each piece is individually wrapped; if anything is damaged in transit we will replace it, no questions asked.

We ordered these ornaments in 3 separate batches with a total of 50 plus seller sent 5 extra (1 extra for every 10). The last 10 were defective where the design at the top was faint on all of them and not the same quality as the first 40. Owner said he sent extras and didn’t consider these defective and didn’t do anything to help out. The extras were not enough to cover the defective ones. I would hope the owner inspect all items before sending out so they are all uniform.

I gave full stars for the previous (2nd order) batch which came out beautifully and the owner even asked me to send photo of the first batch so it would match. So gave him full stars on the previous order. These ornaments are very nice but I would order extras for flaws that his engraving machine may produce.

I ordered these ornaments after my sister in law ordered and received hers. We needed to order additional ornaments and I contacted FavorHaven when I submitted an additional order. He made sure both orders matched. Our third order had a bunch of defects and seller refused to help out. This person was not as helpful as the first. I would think the sellers would check the quality of the items before shipping out. Order extras to be on the safe side if you use this seller.

I can’t wait to share this for engagement gifts.

I’m giving a 3 star rating only because I erroneously put 2025 but it would’ve been really nice and courteous if the vendor would have reached out to me to verify if that’s what I meant. I know that it was my error but yes, a quick email to see if it was an error would have been great customer service and highly appreciated.
