Perfect For
Wedding save the dates, engagement announcements, vow renewal invitations, and baby shower announcements. Our bulk wooden save the date magnets are a popular choice for couples who want their wedding announcement to stand out in the mailbox and stay visible on the fridge until the big day.
How It Works
Select your quantity, upload or enter your personalization details at checkout, and we engrave and ship your magnets directly to you. Simply add them to your mailing envelopes with your formal invitations, or send them on their own as a standalone announcement.
Eco-Friendly Wedding Stationery
Wood is a natural, sustainable material. Choosing wooden save the dates over plastic or heavily printed paper reduces your wedding's environmental footprint — a detail environmentally conscious couples and guests both appreciate.
How pricing works: the price shown is per magnet, not per pack. Choose the band that matches how many you need, then enter that number of magnets in your cart — for example, select “51 to 100 Magnets” and set the cart quantity to 80 to order 80 magnets at that rate.
Pairs well with: rustic birch guest book · nordic wood ornaments · wedding bottle opener favors

Frequently Asked Questions
How does personalization work?
Add your names, dates or wording in the Personalization box on this page, and pick a design if the product offers them. Everything is laser engraved, so it will not peel, fade or wash off.
Will I see it before you make it?
Yes. We send you a free digital proof within 24 hours of your order. Check every name, date and spelling, and nothing is engraved until you approve it. If something needs changing, just tell us.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Order exactly the number you need — whether that is one keepsake or several hundred favors. Bulk pricing improves automatically as the quantity goes up, so larger orders cost less per piece.
How long will my order take?
Once you approve your proof, production and delivery take 5–8 business days. Every item is made to order. If you have a fixed event date, order a few weeks ahead so there is room for a change of mind.
Can I use my own logo or artwork?
Yes. Choose Custom Artwork and upload your file — PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, SVG and EPS all work. We will set it up, send a proof, and adjust it until the placement looks right.
What about shipping?
We ship worldwide by FedEx with tracking, and shipping is free on orders over $50. All import duties and customs charges are already included in the price — you will never be asked for extra money on delivery. Each piece is individually wrapped; if anything is damaged in transit we will replace it, no questions asked.

Alles wie beschrieben; kam gut an
It looks great I didn’t try it yet
I ordered these magnets for my baby shower. I was a little scared at first because they’re coming from so far but they were package very well. Each magnet came with its own box. Only 1 out of 70 magnets had a little defect but nothing major. I would recommend.
Ab dem ersten Kontakt ist alles super schnell und professionell gegangen. Innerhalb einer Woche hatte ich den Artikel bereits bei mir.
Einfach toll, gerne wieder!
Mach weiter so! Herzlichen Dank und liebe Grüsse Susanne
From the moment I spoke to the seller I had a great customer experience. All of my questions were answered and 3 prototypes of my design were done to allow me to decide which was the best.

The item is just as listed and are very nice. I cannot respond if the recipients liked them because they did not come in time. I needed the magnets for June 3rd and I did not arrive until June 4th. They sat in a warehouse for 5 days.
