Frequently Asked Questions
How does personalization work?
Add your names, dates or wording in the Personalization box on this page, and pick a design if the product offers them. Everything is laser engraved, so it will not peel, fade or wash off.
Will I see it before you make it?
Yes. We send you a free digital proof within 24 hours of your order. Check every name, date and spelling, and nothing is engraved until you approve it. If something needs changing, just tell us.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Order exactly the number you need — whether that is one keepsake or several hundred favors. Bulk pricing improves automatically as the quantity goes up, so larger orders cost less per piece.
How long will my order take?
Once you approve your proof, production and delivery take 5–8 business days. Every item is made to order. If you have a fixed event date, order a few weeks ahead so there is room for a change of mind.
Can I use my own logo or artwork?
Yes. Choose Custom Artwork and upload your file — PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, SVG and EPS all work. We will set it up, send a proof, and adjust it until the placement looks right.
What about shipping?
We ship worldwide by FedEx with tracking, and shipping is free on orders over $50. All import duties and customs charges are already included in the price — you will never be asked for extra money on delivery. Each piece is individually wrapped; if anything is damaged in transit we will replace it, no questions asked.

Great product. Very communicative vendor
I’m really pleased with my purchase of the personalised keyring. I purchased 300 and the quality is great, and it turned out exactly as I had hoped. It also arrived earlier than the expected delivery date, which was a lovely surprise. Communication throughout the process was excellent, with clear updates and prompt responses. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend.
Thank you!
We ordered these for my nephews memorial. The seller was very helpful and provided a pic for review and approval before doing the order. This was a large order and each one was perfect and great quality. They arrived on time. We were very pleased.

J’ai commandé 12 verres j’en ai reçu seulement 4, dont un brisé, les verres n’étaient pas personnalisés comme j’ai demandé même si j’ai confirmé la personnalisation , je suis très déçue
The item is amazingly beautiful. I just love the service.
Arrived on time and as expected.
The vendor always helps and works with what is wanted.
It looks high end online but essentially a thin piece of plastic. I expected a little more based on pictures will still use but not the gift idea I had will need to come up with something better.

The "engraving" does not show up on black.
Great gift for male wedding guests!
The cardboard sleeves looked a little worn, but the decoration was beautiful.
The men loved the bottle opener keychain
Could hardly see the inscription. Disappointed to say the least.
The quality of the product was great. Not happy about all the extra shipping charges.
